The White House expressed concerns about the flow of migrants from Mexico on Thursday but offered no indication on when U.S. Customs and Border Protection would be able to reopen the railroad crossings at the Texas cities of Eagle Pass and El Paso. Each day the rail crossings are halted affects more than $200 million, including agricultural commodities.
