The House of Representatives and Senate both voted Friday evening to approve year-end legislation to keep the federal government operating. The legislation also includes more than $100 billion in disaster aid and $10 billion in economic aid to farmers, as well as extension of the farm bill through Sept. 30, 2025. Overall, farmers have nearly $31 billion in aid spelled out in the package.
