While groups are calling for the Biden administration to speed up its rulemaking for some Packers and Stockyard (P&S) Act rules, an attorney for the U.S. Justice Department Antitrust Division said farmers and ranchers are having an impact in bringing P&S actions, especially in the poultry industry.
