FED CATTLE: There were 815 head on offer at Brussels and OLEX. At Ontario Livestock Exchange on Thursday, there were 125 fed cattle on offer selling $2.00 cwt higher. Cows continued to sell actively at higher prices. At Brussels Livestock on Thursday, veal sold on a strong active trade at steady prices. Large Steers:$208.00 - $215.00 Large Heifers:$202.00 - $212.00 Cows:$108.00 - $140.00 Veal over 450 lbs:$215.00 - $232.00 * REPLACEMENT CATTLE: There were 685 head on offer at the Ontario Stockyards. Plain calves sold under pressure while a light run of good calves sold steady. Dairy cross calves sold fully steady to stronger.
