This week features the February WASDE commodity reports and crop production reports, as well as the annual meeting of state Departments of Agriculture. With policy actions often stymied in Washington, these state ag bureaucracies are where a lot of the action is really happening. We'll also see weather take some warmer twists and turns. These are just a few of the things we'll watch during the week of Feb. 4.
