The House on Thursday evening voted down a continuing resolution, or CR, that still includes a major disaster aid package. The new version of the bill maintains $30.78 billion in aid to farmers for both natural disasters and economic challenges. The bill also extends the 2018 farm bill through the end of September 2025.
