The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative will hear from more than 60 witnesses on Monday and Wednesday at a hearing over Section 301 Proposed Actions against China on maritime, logistics, and shipbuilding sectors. Agricultural groups are opposed to fees on Chinese ships.
