Texas, Oklahoma and Nebraska all issued disaster declarations as dangerous weather conditions led to widespread, fast-moving wildfires that started early this week. By Tuesday night, hundreds of thousands of acres had burned and several towns and counties dealt with mandatory and voluntary evacuations, as well as trying to move people and livestock to safety.
